Add the layer called "Housing Growth"

The Housing Growth Service contains Single and Multi-Family Building Permits from Construction Monitor for the markets we subscribe to over the last 7 years. Permit locations are displayed in a heat map style Red to Black=New to Old. Building Permits are updated yearly in February.

We also include current and future housing projects from Build Central. This shows a current snapshot of all Single and Multi-Family projects that are recently built, under construction or planned.
