How to Submit a Request

1.       Go to The MW App

2.       Select “Service Request”

3.       Choose your request type (for definitions see Request Type Descriptions below)

4.       Fill out ALL information. The more information you provide, the faster you can get your completed project back and the more accurate your project will be.

6.       Submit

 

Request Type Descriptions

·         Demos / VOID, Gap, Retail Fusion Request: Use this request if you need demographics on a listing, area, or other that is not available through the Westworld, or more in-depth demos.

·         Map/GIS Request: Use this request if you need one of the following from the GIS team (Matt & Sam)

o   A standalone map delivered via Print, PDF or Web i.e. a map without a flyer, investment package, other..etc. that is not available in Westworld

·         Graphics Request: Use this request if you need one of the following from the graphics team (Kaycee, Carolyn, & Ai)

o   Edits made to an existing flyer, investment package, OM, tour package, or other material, that DOES NOT include map edits

o   A flyer, investment package, OM, or photos added to listing in MW Database

o   A custom marketing project WITHOUT maps or demos

·          Graphics with Maps: Use this request if you need a marketing piece that includes maps. The request will go to GIS first, when approved it will go to graphics.

o   A new flyer, investment package, OM, tour package, or other

o   Edits made to an existing flyer, investment package, OM, tour package, or other material, that DOES include map edits or demos

o   A custom project WITH maps or demos

·          Marketing / Social Media:

o   Need marketing or social media created

·         Research Request:

o   Need comps, availables, or market data

·         Data Entry:

o   Submit External Comps.

·         LexisNexis Request:

o   Need additional detained information on an owner like a phone number

·          Drone Photography:

o   Need Levi to fly drone photography for your project

·          MW App Request:

o  Need to submit input for a future app release

·          IT Incident Request:

o  Computing devise go kaput

Why do I have to submit a ticket, can’t I just send an email?

We ask that ALL projects come through the request center. By having all projects in one place we can accurately see the scope of the projects and get them back to the requestor in the timeliest manner. All communication regarding a project is logged in the request center so anyone in staff can jump in without sifting through another person’s emails.

 

Why do I need to submit a specific type of request?

Each request type has different questions to fill out when submitting the request. If your request is not submitted through the correct channel the proper team will not have the necessary information to properly complete your request.
