Add the layer called "Traffic Counts" 

These traffic counts are released yearly by the local DOT. The layer is set to auto label with the current county for each tracked segment. The segment is also color coded by the amount of traffic it receives. Green to Red = Low to High. Want to see what year the current count is from and what the color breakdowns mean? Head over to the layer list.
